Cut Man is a Robot Master designed and built by Dr. Light for land reclamation and deforestation. It was thereafter reprogrammed by Dr. Wily and turned against Light and Mega Man. His battle abilities center around advanced jumping skills and a pair of boomerang-like shears on his head made of highly resistant ceramic titanium.
