Hudson Soft Company, Limited (株式会社ハドソン, kabushiki-gaisha Hadoson), formally known as Honeybee Soft Company, Limited (株式会社ハニービー・ソフト), was a Japanese electronic entertainment publisher headquartered in the Midtown Tower in Tokyo Midtown, Akasaka, Minato, Tokyo, Japan, with an additional office in the Hudson Building in Sapporo. It was founded on May 18, 1973. Initially, Hudson dealt with personal computer products, but later expanded to the development and publishing of video games, mobile content, and video game peripherals. In 2003, the company employed over 500 people, with offices in Sapporo, Tokyo, and California. Hudson Soft was last owned by Konami Corporation. On March 1, 2012, Hudson Soft Co., Ltd. officially ceased to exist as it was absorbed into Konami.

Around 2010-2011, many employees migrated to Nintendo's restructured Nd Cube studio, which is headed by former Hudson Soft President, Hidetoshi Endo.
