Once, the people's prayers saved this blue star, and two moons became one as the time passed... The day of the departure is nearing for the boy who inherits the blood of the holy knight. A true sequel of Final Fantasy IV, The After Years features as its protagonist Ceodore, firstborn son of Cecil and Rosa. Takashi Tokita contrived the idea for a series of mobile phone installments during the production of the DS remake. Initially released for mobile phones in Japan in 2008 as Final Fantasy IV the After Years: Return of the Moon, it was later in 2009 ported to WiiWare with an international release to North America and Europe.
