Kingdom Hearts Re:coded is a remake of Kingdom Hearts coded on the Nintendo DS. As in the original the player must manipulate the Bug Blox to solver puzzles however it adds the Command system from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. Taking place after Kingdom Hearts II, the game sees King Mickey digitize the contents of Jiminy Cricket's journal after a mysterious note appears. Heading into the digital world, King Mickey awakens Data Sora on the virtual Destiny Islands to act based on the journal to find out the meaning behind the note.
