Yusuke Naora is an art director and art supervisor and character designer for Square Enix. He went to vocational school to study art and illustration, after which he worked at a game company called Toaplan. Specializing in shooters, Toaplan was responsible for the infamous Zero Wing and the Engrish localization that gave rise to the "All Your Base" phenomenon.
Naora joined Square in 1993 as an art director for the Final Fantasy series. He served as art director for Final Fantasy VII , Final Fantasy VIII , and Final Fantasy X. He was the character designer for Front Mission 4 and Front Mission 5, and also acted as producer of the Code Age franchise. More recently, Noara is working as art producer on The Last Remnant.
