Listen to this guy transcribe iconic Super Mario Bros. / Super Mario World level music into a beat that his lips & larynx can move to. So good, it's scary.
@Matt I thought the same thing, just looking at the way his mouth moved. He must be using professional looping software/equipment of some kind. if not, I'll just chalk it up to Japanese voodoo.
Though it's all ways possible this is a clever fake, what appears to me is that this guy is in actuality very good at a not so well known trick to non musicians called multiphonics.
Edit: Some clear signs of this are how much his throat moves during the performance as well as the nasal sound to a lot of it.
