There are a lot of games that I'd like to bring to [the 3D Classics line for 3DS]. We have a lot of different ideas... The Legend of Zelda is one that I'm definitely interested in.

— Shigeru Miyamoto hinting that we might be in for more than just a emulated digital release of Link's Awakening DX (released June 7 on the eShop service).
